Dutch promoter Alda Events has acquired a 100% stake in AMF (Amsterdam Music Festival), after five years of organising the event in partnership with ID&T. AMF takes place at the newly christened Johan Cruyff Arena during Amsterdam Dance Event in October, and regularly attracts more than than 40,000 visitors.
