StubHub acquires software developer Ticket Utils
The deal will give StubHub's larger sellers access to the New Jersey-based company's 'easy and efficient' inventory management solutions

StubHub is going shopping again. The eBay-owned secondary ticketing platform today announced the acquisition of Ticket Utils, a Saddle Brook, New Jersey-based developer of software for ticket management and distribution, for an undisclosed sum.

The eBay-owned secondary ticketing platform today announced the acquisition of Ticket Utils, a Saddle Brook, New Jersey-based developer of software for ticket management and distribution, for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will, says StubHub, give its power sellers access to a “best-in-class solution for inventory management, ticket distribution and internationalisation of their inventory”. Ticket Utils’s software offers functionality for auto-invoicing, barcode and PDF management, maps and seating charts and a “broker hub” with one-click broker-to-broker transactions and a chat tool.
