CTS Eventim has acquired a 49% stake in Björn Ulvaeus’s Mamma Mia! The Party, the theatrical and dining experience based on the Mamma Mia! musical. Abba co-founder Ulvaeus, who retains the other 51%, launched Mamma Mia!
