Japanese ticketing platform integrates with Spotify

The streaming giant already aggregates listings from multiple sources, including Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, AXS, Skiddle, and Bandsintown

Japanese ticketing platform Zaiko has announced a new integration with music streaming giant Spotify. The Tokyo-headquartered firm, led by CEO Kazuhiro Shimada (former COO of Warner Music Japan), provides electronic ticket sales for events and a streaming platform, catering to both domestic and international audiences.

Its ticketing platform has processed over 40,000 events, both online and in physical venues, since March 2020.

Through the new partnership, Zaiko’s concert listings will be displayed directly on Spotify’s Live Events feed and artist profiles. By…
