Flytime plots global push as Lagos’ live scene blossoms

The Nigeria-based promoter's COO Keke Hammond speaks to IQ ahead of the company's biggest-ever December season

Flytime Promotions COO Keke Hammond has hailed Lagos’ blossoming role in global touring and artist development as she sets the scene for the company’s biggest December season yet.

The West African entertainment business has announced Central Cee and Rema for its Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged concert on 21 December, while Flavour, Olamide, Asake and Davido will headline Flytime Fest, which debuted in 2017. Both events take place at the 6,000-cap Eko Convention Center in Lagos, Nigeria.

“This year is going to be huge,” Hammond tells IQ. “Our motto is to make sure that we outdo our last festival and make sure the audience have a more exciting experience. We always want to top the experience year-on-year.”
