TMG to launch rap & electronic music beach fest
Rhythm + Waves will premiere at Praia da Rocha Beach, Portimao – the site of Afro Nation Portugal – next summer

The company behind Afro Nation is launching a new rap and electronic music beach festival in Portugal in 2026. The Malachite Group (TMG) will debut Rhythm + Waves at Praia da Rocha Beach, Portimao, the Algarve, on 27-28 June.
Headliners include Gunna, Ken Carson, Chase & Status, D-Block Europe and special guest A Boogie Wit Da Hoodi.
Other acts lined up to perform across the festival’s three stages include Lancey Foux, Destroy Lonely, Hybrid Minds, Andy C, to DJ EZ, Skream, Flava…
