The Team elevates Kevin Shivers to music group co-president
The LA-based leader will work alongside Lee Anderson in the expanded role at the recently rebranded global agency

THE TEAM has elevated Kevin Shivers to co-president of the global agency’s music group. In his expanded role, the Los Angeles-based Shivers will work alongside music group president Lee Anderson to oversee the group’s strategy, operations, and growth across the global live music business.
He initially joined THE TEAM (FKA Wasserman) in early 2025 alongside James Rubin and Cristina Baxter, in a major addition to the agency’s executive team.
