Tour news: Smashing Pumpkins construct theatrical experience

The Smashing Pumpkins have unveiled The Rats In A Cage Tour, a dual-act North American run half composed of songs from the band’s 1995 seminal album, Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness.
