Propaganda Independent Venues (PIV) has celebrated its reopening of one of London’s most well-known grassroots venues, Camden Town’s Barfly, which was marked by a double set performance by Frank Turner yesterday (22 June).
Long associated with nurturing the early careers of some of the biggest acts in UK music throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Barfly began life as a concerts within The Falcon pub in Camden. Its later move across Camden Town to its Chalk Farm Road site established…
