Live DMA, a pan-European live industry body, has said an upcoming legislative deadline presents “one of the clearest current opportunities” for European authorities to regulate dynamic pricing in the live sector.
Campaigners said this week that the run-up to 1 July, when the European Commission’s Digital Fairness Act goes before the Regulatory Scrutiny Board, is “a genuine window to get [dynamic pricing] fixed”.
Live DMA is joined in its efforts by Football Supporters Europe and consumer watchdog Euroconsumers.
