Independent Canadian promoter MRG launches Australian office
Former Live Nation executive Graham Kennedy will take the helm as senior promoter as the company aims to capitalise on market similarities with its native Canada

Canadian independent promoter The MRG Group (MRG) has announced the launch of MRG Live Australia, which the company said marks “a significant milestone in the company’s international growth strategy”.
MRG said the expansion establishes a “permanent presence in one of the world’s most vibrant touring markets”, and the division is to be based in Sydney and led by former Live Nation executive Graham Kennedy, who joins the company as general manager and senior promoter.
