JYP Entertainment reports 15% revenue dip between Stray Kids’ tours

The K-pop company's revenue contracted due to the timing of ticket sales from its key artist's touring schedule

K-Pop production company JYP Entertainment has reported a 15.1% dip in year-on-year revenue, which it blamed on the timing of key tours, as a second member of flagship band TWICE also announced her departure from the company.

In its second quarter results, the company revealed revenue for the period of ₩183.1 billion, a year-on-year drop of 15.1%, and an operating profit of ₩31 billion, a 41.4% fall compared to the same period last year.
