EXIT attracts 150,000 fans to first Montenegro festivals

The free-to-attend events drew attendees from over 100 countries as part of a wider bid to establish the country as a tourist destination

As its world tour continues, EXIT is celebrating the centrepiece of the festival’s first international season, with its pair of Montenegrin events drawing 150,000 people from over 100 countries.

The free festivals – Ulcinj’s Long Beach in July and Budva’s Sea Dance in August — brought names that included Charlotte de Witte, HUGEL, John Newman, Boris Brejcha, Argy, Stephan Bodzin, and Eurovision winner Dara to the country, along with platforming over 120 local artists.
