The founders of Earth Agency have reflected on the challenges of independence in 2024 in an interview with IQ. Four female agents – Claire Courtney, Isla Angus, Naomi Palmer and Rebecca Prochnik – formed the London-based company with head of operations Luke Williamson in 2014.

A decade on, the company is still going strong and is profiled as part of IQ Magazine’s first indie special.
