AXS acquires Singapore’s leading ticketing firm
The move marks AEG's ticketing division's expansion in the market, as SISTIC sells over 6.5 million tickets annually

AXS has acquired a majority stake in SISTIC, Singapore’s leading ticketing firm. The move marks AEG’s ticketing division’s expansion in the market, in which SISTIC has been a key player for over 30 years, servicing performing arts, sports, museums, and live entertainment.
Annually, SISTIC sells over 6.5 million tickets for over 2,000 events in Singapore, and regional markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Hong Kong.
