Culture minister Ian Murray MP tells IQ that fans “have been ripped off for too long” after the UK government confirmed long-awaited measures to “destroy” the business model of large-scale ticket touts.

As anticipated, the Labour government today (19 November) unveiled detailed plans to make it illegal for tickets to concerts and other live events to be resold for more than their original cost.
