Accor Arena goes Gaga: ‘There was electricity in the audience’

The French venue's head of programming, Arnaud Millard, unpacks a bumper year for Paris Entertainment Group

Paris Entertainment Company (PEC)’s programming chief, Arnaud Millard, has detailed Lady Gaga’s “electric” four-night Accor Arena stint, as the venue operator prepares to wrap up one of its strongest years yet.

Gaga closed her European Mayhem Ball leg with four shows in the French capital last month (17-18, 20 & 22 November), opting for a more intimate arena experience instead of continuing at stadium level from her 2022 Chromatica Ball outing.

“Gaga was maybe the best one for us this season, because the show was really crazy and a really new, theatrical experience,” Millard tells IQ. “To be honest, I’ve been working for 15 years, and it’s one of the best shows I’ve seen – it was an experience.
