CTS Eventim surpasses €3 billion in revenue for 2025

But 'conservative' 2026 outlook leads to fall in share price following results

CTS Eventim has surpassed €3 billion in revenue for the first time in the 2025 financial year, although cautious forecasts for 2026 saw its stock drop 15%. The revenue milestone comes two years after the company first passed €2bn in annual revenue, meaning the last two financial years have seen 50% growth.

The 2025 figure represent 9.6% year-on-year growth. 

Despite the headline figures, however, the company’s stock fell 15% following the results announcement, as analysts expressed concern about conservative earnings guidance for 2026.
