Wireless Festival confirms triple headlining slot for Kanye West

The controversial rapper's return to the London event is the latest development in his return to global touring, drawing mixed reactions

London’s Wireless Festival will welcome Kanye West for a triple headlining slot, marking his first performance in the UK in over a decade. Set for 10-12 July in Finsbury Park, the controversial rapper will return to headline the Festival Republic event after last performing at the festival in 2014.

Organisers are continuing their triple-headlining structure, which Drake completed at the annual rap and hip-hop music festival last year. Coincidentally, Drake’s dropout in 2014 resulted in Kanye headlining all three nights…
