Live Nation’s new EVP of international venue sponsorship, Chris Marking, tells IQ how the company is going all in on Asia’s venue development and unpacks brands’ evolved role as “customer concierges” in the expanding fan journey.

Marking joined the entertainment giant earlier this month from a nearly two-decade run at AEG. In the new role, he’ll oversee naming rights, founding partnerships, venue network deals and broader sponsorship strategy across the company’s international venue portfolio, with new projects in Munich, Cardiff, and Peru lined up to join the over 400 venues in the company portfolio.
