Pieter Smit Group acquires UK-based MM Band Services

Netherlands-based Pieter Smit Group has acquired UK-based artist and crew transport specialist MM Band Services, in a move that helps bridge the Brexit-caused gap for transit providers.

With the acquisition, the leading European logistics provider will expand its Nightliner tour bus fleet by two dozen and establish a strategic hub in the UK. The MM Band Services team and brand will continue to operate, with managing director Mike Moulds staying on board.
