Spotify joins Afronation Portugal as streaming partner
The announcement comes a month after reports emerged that the streaming platform was exploring adding live concert video features

Spotify has signed an exclusive deal with Afronation Portugal to stream the festival as it kicks off this weekend (3-5 July), in the company’s latest move in the live sector.
The Portimão event becomes the first livestream announcement from Spotify, following reports last month that the streaming giant was preparing plans to pursue an event video streaming business arm.
It will see Spotify host a dedicated Afronation hub on its platform, which will display festival playlists and featured…
