Latitude Festival secures Henham Park future with 20-year site extension

Festival Republic managing director Melvin Benn told fans on stage a new deal secures the Suffolk site until 2046, as the festival marked its 20th anniversary

Latitude Festival will remain at Suffolk’s Henham Park until 2046, following the signing of a new 20‑year lease between Festival Republic and owners of the site, the Rous family.

The agreement was announced by Festival Republic managing director Melvin Benn during the closing day of this year’s edition (26 July), who said the deal will see the promoter and the Suffolk site deepen collaborations on site stewardship, conservation, and restoration.
