Electric Group, a fast growing music venue operator is seeking an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee ticketing operations across its live music venue estate. This is a key operational role responsible for accurate ticket sales tracking, reporting, allocations, confirmations and box office coordination across multiple venues.
Reporting to the Head of Music, the Box Office Manager will work closely with promoters, agents, artist managers, venue teams and internal stakeholders to ensure ticketing information is accurate, timely and commercially useful.

Key responsibilities
• Produce accurate ticketing reports twice weekly across the Electric Group venue estate, highlighting sales performance, capacities, allocations, pre-sales and any areas requiring attention.
• Work closely with promoters, agents, artist managers and internal teams to track sales, manage ticket allocations and maintain up-to-date information for every show.
• Oversee allocation management, split allocations, pre-sale tracking, guest lists and ticket holds, ensuring all inventory is recorded accurately and released in line with agreed timelines.
• Circulate show confirmations and ticketing updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring information is clear, complete and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records for ticket sales, capacities, pricing, holds, comps and settlement information to support smooth event delivery and post-show reporting.
• Identify and resolve ticketing discrepancies quickly, escalating issues where appropriate and maintaining calm, professional communication under pressure.
• Support consistent box office processes, standards and reporting across all venues in the group.
• Contribute to improvements in ticketing workflows, reporting templates and communication processes as the venue group grows.
Experience and skills required
• At least three years’ experience in a live music box office, ticketing or venue operations role.
• Strong understanding of live music ticketing, promoter requirements, allocations, pre-sales, guest lists and venue capacities.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of ticketing data accurately.
• Confident producing clear reports and presenting key information to the executive leadership team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with promoters, agents, managers and venue teams.
• Highly organised, deadline-driven and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced live events environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
