Viagogo companies face £15m tax bill
VGL Services and IFOT Services say they believe HMRC's enquiry, which relates to 2016-18, has resulted in "double taxation"

Two UK divisions of resale platform Viagogo are facing a multi-million pound bill over a tax shortfall.
VGL Services and IFOT Services, whose ultimate parent company is US-based StubHub, have “recorded a provision related to a transfer pricing enquiry with HMRC”, according to documents lodged with Companies House.
