The UK’s Independent Venue Week (IVW) kicks off today, shining a spotlight on the part of the national circuit “where the magic happens”, according to one promoter.
The 13th nationwide, annual week-long celebration of independent music & arts venues runs until 1 February, with over 700 live shows at 236 venues on tap across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
