Venu reverses proposed $75m share offer

The US-based venue developer and operator changed course a day after announcing its intention to launch a new public offering

Venu Holding Corporation, a US-based live entertainment venue developer and operator, has rescinded an offering of $75 million (€62.7m) in common stock shares one day after announcing the intention.

On Tuesday (27 Jan), Venu circulated its plan to publicly offer $75m of it shares, with the option of offering an additional $11.25m (€13.44) if there was sufficient demand.

But yesterday (28 Jan), the company terminated the proposed offering, citing unfavourable market conditions.
