Live Nation reaches settlement with US Govt in antitrust trial

Numerous changes to LN and Ticketmaster operations but some US states vow to fight on

Live Nation has reached a settlement with the US Department of Justice in its antitrust case, the company announced today. Alongside numerous changes to ticketing and promoting arrangements, the company has created a pool of $280 million to address states’ damages claims.
