BBC Proms announces programme for 2026 edition
The longstanding classical music festival will feature 86 separate proms across eight weeks

Legendary classical music festival, BBC Proms, has announced its programme for 2026, containing 86 events across eight weeks, set to begin in July.
Leading the Proms’ bill of global orchestras performing are the Spanish National Orchestra, which will kick off the event on 19 July, the Mahler Academy Orchestra, as well as the return of the Berlin, Munich and Oslo Philharmonic Orchestras.
