Ticketmaster has unveiled its own app within ChatGPT, opening the door for fans to purchase tickets through the AI language model.
The ticketing giant’s app will allow fans to conversationally search for tickets to live events, including concerts and sporting events, through the OpenAI platform, which boasts over 900 million weekly users.
