Despite ongoing conflict in the region, new data finds that ticket purchases for Arabic music spiked over 300% from last year, demonstrating how domestic stars are filling a vacuum left by international acts.
Data from leading ticketing firm Platinumlist reveals that, after a disrupted period amid the outbreak of regional conflict, ticket buying in the UAE returned to year-on-year growth in June and continued throughout the following months.
