EPS and NUSSLI merge to form ‘globally active’ event infrastructure group

The new company combines EPS' turf and crowd control solutions with NUSSLI's temporary structure offerings based across 50 locations worldwide

Event infrastructure firms EPS and NUSSLI have announced a merger, which the companies say will create “a Europe-based, globally active provider of temporary event infrastructure”.

EPS is a provider of turf and ground protection, as well as crowd control solutions, while NUSSLI supplies grandstands, event structures, and special-purpose structures, including temporary stadiums. With the merger, the company said its customers will receive “the full range of services from a single source”.
