Festival news: Roskilde reveals first wave of 2027 acts

Leading the latest round of festival news, Denmark’s Roskilde Festival has announced its first wave of acts for 2027, led by Tame Impala and the Patti Smith Quartet. Also named on the bill are Caroline Polachek, Ezra Collective, and Kacey Musgraves, with 18 names revealed in total.

These acts form the first part of the Roskilde lineup, which will eventually number almost 200 artists. Organisers said they are expecting to welcome 130,000 participants to the 2027 edition, the festival’s 55th.
