Last minute amendments to a Californian bill that seeks to ban speculative ticketing have seen a row erupt over whether large resellers could be exempted from restrictions on some forms of speculative ticketing.
The bill is now facing opposition from longtime supporters in the live industry after it passed a hurried State Senate vote on 31 August, led by the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA).
