Superstruct speaks out amid ownership backlash
The company stresses that "all revenue and profits" from its festivals stay within its business following criticism of its parent firm

Superstruct Entertainment has moved to clarify that income from its events remain “entirely” within its business, as more of the firm’s festivals distance themselves from its parent company KKR.
New York-based global investment firm KKR acquired Superstruct in June last year, but has been fiercely criticised for its investment in Israeli tech and data companies, as well as reported connections to weapons manufacturers and defence contractors.
