Propaganda’s Dan Ickowitz-Seidler plots grassroots fightback

In an interview with IQ, the club night founder details his master plan for the newly formed Propaganda Independent Venues

After acquiring TEG’s UK venue portfolio, Dan Ickowitz-Seidler has outlined his master plan for Propaganda Independent Venues (PIV) in an interview with IQ.

Via the new venture with MJR Group founder Richard Buck, Ickowitz-Seidler has bought back Cardiff’s Tramshed, as well as bringing The Globe in Cardiff, XOYO Birmingham (formerly The Mill) and London’s XOYO and Camden Assembly under the PIV umbrella, as Australasian live entertainment powerhouse TEG winds down its European operations.

Ickowitz-Seidler’s indie club night Propaganda merged with promoter and venue operator MJR Group in 2019, prior to the latter’s acquisition by TEG later that year, which led to the creation of TEG MJR.
