Senior ticketers in the South American market tell IQ about how more integrated resale could improve the fan experience

Latin American ticketing sector leaders have said the continent’s growth in physical and touring infrastructure must now be matched by strides on the digital side, naming integrated resale features on ticketing platforms as a key target.

Integrated resale leads the list of areas ripe for growth, figures from Ticketmaster Colombia and Menta Tech tell IQ, as the Latin sector explores improvements in areas such as pricing transparency, wider adoption of digital entry systems, and analytics-powered fan experience personalisation as potential results of broader data integration.
