New York AG sues Evolutions Festival to recover refund money

New York attorney general Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against Evolutions Festival in a bid to recover over $240,000 in refund money allegedly owed to ticketholders since 2025. The suit relates to the 2025 edition of Evolutions Festival, which was cancelled 10 days prior to its outing.
The three-day electronic event has been scheduled for 5-7 September 2025 at the Sugar Mountain Performing Arts Center in Caneadea, Allegany County, and had sold more than $243,000 in advance tickets to 521 people, also collecting…
