About Us

We’re a fast-growing music and live entertainment group, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through events, tours, and cultural moments. From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.

We’re a small but impactful team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive PA & Office Administrator to join us permanently and help keep the business running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role sitting at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll provide essential PA support to the CEO and leadership team, while also keeping the Bristol office running smoothly and supporting the wider team with administrative and operational needs. Ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and takes real pride in being the person who keeps things organised and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day PA support to the CEO and leadership team, including diary management, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and internal reports on behalf of the team
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Bristol office, including supplies, maintenance, and liaising with contractors
  • Assist with managing internal systems and tools, including databases, trackers, and digital filing
  • Support basic finance administration — including processing invoices, expense tracking, and liaising with external accounting teams
  • Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and touring activity
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers, freelancers, and partners
  • Prepare and maintain correspondence, artist contracts, and partner agreements under the guidance of the leadership team
  • Occasionally support on-site at live events when needed, including production assistance, guestlist coordination, and artist logistics
  • Support the business with legal and compliance administration, including maintaining corporate records, assisting with contract administration, and helping coordinate regulatory and company filing requirements
  • Be a go-to problem solver for day-to-day operational and admin needs across the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in a PA, administrative, or operations support role
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with a confident, professional manner
  • Comfortable managing basic financial processes and working with spreadsheets or budgeting tools
  • Proactive self-starter with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and quick to pick up new tools
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • A positive attitude and team-player mentality — happy to get stuck in wherever needed
  • Experience in the live music, events, entertainment, or creative industries would be advantageous, along with a genuine interest in music and live entertainment

What We Offer

  • Salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience
  • Flexible, hybrid working (3 days in our Bristol office)
  • Guestlist access to our/our partners’ live shows
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Company pension scheme, private health insurance, and competitive employee benefits
  • A supportive, creative work environment where music and culture are part of everyday life
