Lady Gaga’s Singapore shows provide tourism boost

Lady Gaga’s Singapore concerts in the spring generated up to S$150 million (€100m) in tourism revenue for the city-state, it has been reported. The singer played four shows at Singapore National Stadium in May, grossing US$40.8 million from 193,000 ticket sales, according to Billboard Boxscore.
Statistics released by Singapore Tourism Board showed that visitor arrivals grew by 8% year-on-year during the month of Gaga’s gigs. However, that figure falls some way short of March 2024, when Taylor Swift’s six-night stint…
