Australia’s Fridayz Live makes triumphant return

The MG Live-backed touring series sold 160k tickets with its 2025 edition, which featured Mariah Carey and Pitbull, after taking a year off

After taking a year off in 2024, Australian touring festival Fridayz Live came back with a bang, selling 160,000 tickets for its 2025 edition, organisers revealed today.

Presented by Mushroom Group’s MG Live and Hit Network, this year’s lineup featured Mariah Carey, Pitbull, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Jon, Eve, Tinie Tempah, and Jordin Sparks, who sold out Brisbane’s  Showgrounds, Sydney’s Engie Stadium, Perth’s Langley Park and Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on back-to-back weekends, the 17-18 & 24-25 October.
