CEE investor acquires Romania’s iaBilet & BestMusic

A private equity investor has acquired controlling stakes in Romania’s leading ticketing platform, iaBilet, and promoter BestMusic Concerts. Resource Partners, a leading investor in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), announced today that it had secured an 82.5% stake in iaBilet and a 55% stake in BestMusic Concerts.
Leading ticketing firm iaBilet processed more than four million tickets last year, while BestMusic has organised over 3,000 shows, including the likes of Iron Maiden, Slipknot, The 1975, and Eros Ramazzotti, in its 20-year history.
