DEAG has sold family entertainment specialist Grandezza Entertainment to a company owned by DEAG founder Peter Schwenkow. Schwenkow handed over operational management of DEAG to co-CEO Detlef Kornett last year, stepping back to become an advisor at the German-headquartered live entertainment firm.

After completing his advisory role, Schwenkow has now acquired Grandezza and its subsidiary Viel Vergnügen from DEAG via his ELC Entertainment Leisure Consultants. “Selective cooperation” between the firms is envisaged under the new ownership structure.
