Live music delivers €6 billion impact for Spain

The country's booming market is empowered by its cultural tax, with ticket sale revenues quadrupling in a decade, according to a new study

Live music’s impact in Spain swelled to nearly €6 billion in economic activity last year, with the country’s cultural tax incentive paying off in spades, according to a new study.

According to the Economic Impact of Live Music in Spain study, produced by SFTL (Sympathy for the Lawyer) and Incentiva Music, concerts and festivals mobilised €5.8bn in economic activity, up from an estimated €5.3bn in 2024.
