Wasserman to sell remaining stake in The Team to Providence
The private equity firm will complete its takeover of the major agency before the end of the year

Ending months-long speculation of who would acquire Casey Wasserman’s talent agency, Providence Equity Partners has confirmed it will procure the founder’s remaining stake in The Team, completing the private investment firm’s takeover of the agency formerly known as Wasserman.
