Live Nation makes major CEE move by acquiring trio of Prague venues

The company has taken majority stakes in the O2 Arena, O2 Universum, and Forum Karlín to help "bring even more great artists to Prague"

With its largest investment in the CEE region to date, Live Nation has acquired a majority stake in three of Prague’s leading venues: the O2 Arena (20,000), O2 Universum (5,000), and Forum Karlín (4,000).

The alliance will see the venues, some of Czechia’s most important cultural destinations, folded into Live Nation’s global venue portfolio. The company says the spaces will remain open to all artists, promoters, and event organisers.
