BeatHub consolidates full stake in Bogotá’s Movistar Arena
The company takes over the remaining 50% stake in the 14,000-cap venue, saying that taking full ownership reflects high confidence in the Colombian market

Colombia’ BeatHub Entertainment has taken full ownership of Bogotá’s Movistar Arena, after purchasing the remaining 50% stake held by Chilean company BeLive Entertainment.
The company has acquired the remaining 50% stake in the venue’s operating company from BeLive to add to its own previous 50% holding. It said that “full ownership will allow BeatHub to advance into a new phase for Movistar Arena with a unified long‑term vision”.
