Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Booking Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electronic music, existing relationships and a strong network within the industry, and exceptional organisational and communication skills. As a Booking Agent, you will play a key role in securing strategic and artistically aligned performance opportunities for our artists, ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently and developing their careers in a sustainable way that aligns with their artistic goals and vision.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in booking, talent management, or a related field within the music industry. Experience specifically in electronic music is preferred
– Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field (a plus but not required), or comparable professional experience

Skills:

– Strong network within the electronic music industry and a deep understanding of current trends and the global music and current festival and club scene
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills (in English, other languages – particularly German – a plus)
– Proven organisational and time-management abilities and excellent attention to detail
– Proficiency in booking and management software (e.g. CRM systems, Google Workspace)
– Readiness to work in a data-driven manner
