Live Nation sued for Washington DC concert water supply issues
The June 2025 concert reportedly left fans with heat-related illnesses in near-40 degree weather

Live Nation is being sued by 28 fans who attended a concert by K-Pop act Stray Kids in June 2025, who claim they sustained injuries allegedly related to the venue running out of drinking water in extreme heat.
According to ABC 7 News, the lawsuit filed Monday in DC Superior Court claims the concert promoters were negligent for not having enough water and cooling resources as temperatures neared 38C (1ooF) on June 23, 2025.
