The Problem Ahoy is located in a socially and economically disadvantaged neighbourhood, where residents and businesses face a range of interconnected challenges.

Average household incomes are relatively low, unemployment is higher than in many other parts of the city, and the neighbourhood is home to a highly diverse population. At the same time, issues such as social isolation and loneliness affect the quality of life for people living and working in the area.
